How long does it take to receive my order?
Provided that all components required to create your item are in stock –
jewelry items are shipped
within one week of receipt of your order, and personalized
items are shipped anywhere within one
to three weeks of receipt of your order. If
you wish to inquire about expedited shipping, please
send us an email.
What kind of materials do you use?
We use .925 sterling silver, 14k gold fill (NOT plated), semi-precious stones, San
Francisco and Hawaiian sea glass, freshwater pearls, and custom made lampwork glass.
Do you gift wrap items?
All of our jewelry comes shipped to you in a Buttercup Creations jewelry box with
bio card. We can also ship directly to the gift's recipient.
What do you charge for shipping?
We charge a $5.95 flat rate for priority shipping and $6.45 flat rate for priority shipping with delivery confirmation for the first item.
Will you fix something that breaks?
Buttercup Creations has a 30 day warranty on all of our jewelry. If something breaks or
becomes damaged, please return the item and we will fix it within the warranty period
at no cost to you (except for shipping charges). If the warranty runs out and you
wish to have an item repaired after the warranty, we will charge you $10 per item for
repair. If there are missing beads, we will have to charge you to replace the missing
items.
